You have a choice of turbos you can use. You could go with the GT2860R or GT2860RS turbos. The "R" series will put you around 440RWHP on pumpfuel with proper tuning. The RS will put you around 475RWHP with proper tuning. If you go with a standard ECU upgrade for your car rather than a custom dyno tune you can expect to lose about 5-10% from these numbers.

Your expenses will be dependent on who you get the parts from. Additionally, the labor to install the parts, get everything in the car in check, and final tuning will also depend on who you have do the work.
